As our products and services are all digital, once an application or service is submitted and paid for, it can only refunded under special circumstances and at our discretion.

Exchanges or edits

If you submit an application in error and or wish to adjust it after submitting, please let us know within 5 business days and we will make the adjustments needed at no extra cost.
